Best of all the staff there were all very outgoing and helpful. Had I not had to relocate for work, I would still be there. Easily my favorite place to call home so far."
"The Falls has been my home for the last 3 years. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with care. Trina is friendly, professional and took the time to find just the right unit to accommodate my family. The grounds are always impeccable. During my stay we only had 1 minor repair that required maintenance and it was handled promptly and efficiently. I love the nearby trails, the open spacious floor plan and beautiful appliances. All of this along with the pool, playground, tennis courts and many other amenities earns The Falls 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for making this an amazing experience. "Excellent service from Carlos as always! I work remotely and power went out in my office Saturday late night and notified call center immediately. Promptly received a call from Carlos. He had power restored that Sunday morning in time for me to start work Monday. Couldn’t ask for better maintenance support!"
"I am an existing resident of this community. I spent a good amount of time to find a better place for my family. I found here. Since my first visit, every day I feel proud for my decision and as a family we enjoy a lot and are happy. Management staff, maintenance staff, events, housekeeping, well-maintained amenities and the important part is the location. It's nice place to live peacefully and have memories in the life to cherish."
