"This apartment complex is amazing, location, vibe and amenities. neighbor was amazing as well. this area quite calm despite in major intersection. it was quite sad we had to move out due to relocation. i would like to give 5 star but my security deposit being charged an amount of dollar for interior painting which i ask for proof but being given picture of whole house instead. if you don't mind being charge unknowingly, i recommend this place :)"

"Visited and toured here yesterday. Absolutely gorgeous facility ! Alesha Hammond was very professional and genuinely got to know me and what I was looking for. Very refreshing to know there are still hard workers out there who go the extra mile. At first the price was a tad steep for my budget, but she really highlighted all the aspects and value so well. I can’t wait until my lease is up at my current place so I can go visit her and start at iron point!! Update: Alesha is gone now and she was the only good part about this place. She was the only nice one."

"I had the pleasure of working with Alesha at the leasing office. She is very responsive, informative, and helpful. She and the leasing team here are world class in customer service. I really enjoy how spacious the layout is and the choice of an accent wall upon move in was a nice touch! Other things like nicely manicured grounds, year-round pool and hot tub, valet trash, and super dog friendly community make this a nice place to be. Also, maintenance is super responsive and professional. They immediately address any issues. The team here goes above and beyond what typical communities offer in the area and for the price point the quality of living cannot be beat. Thank you Iron Point!"

"Wonderful apartment complex! We stayed here for about a year until we relocated for work. The staff is amazing! They were extremely responsive to any issues and were very kind. The complex has fun amenities/events that everyone can enjoy. The location is pretty much perfect with so many restaurants around. We really enjoyed our time and experience with Sequoia."

"The complex is amazing! I love this place, I've lived here for about 8 years and I'm still like it. These are great apartments with a size area and the open concept plan. Schools are also great in this area and we are close to everywhere in Folsom area. The maintenance supervisor Alex always has fast support with quick to respond to all requests issues. We always have events in the major seasons with prizes and entertainment. I’m still love spending my time here and will always recommend it to others."
