"Great location, just off the 50 in Folsom. Room layout is strategic and just right. Standard Garden Inn amenities of refrigerator, microwave, Keurig are offered. This location will serve well for anyone passing through that needs a safe, secure, comfortable, stay with that Hilton service touch. Parking is free, hotel has a onsite restaurant, gym and pool. Located just across the street from the outlets as well in case you forgot something."

"Well not the typical experience of a Hilton branded hotel. This place is in dire need of a thorough cleaning and update. Old, dirty clunky elevators greet you and the hallways and rooms need new carpet. Not the experience of a Hilton we are used to."

"The front desk women were HORRIBLE. And if you called for anything, the attitude from the ladies at the front desk was flat out disrespectful. My girlfriend called them as I was struggling, feeling sick due to chemo and needed a few things. They were completely rude to her, they said I needed to call from the room, so I did...and I got the same treatment. Completely unacceptable! They never brought what I was asking for."

"There were several reasons. To set the stage we travelled all night through the night to get to this hotel in the middle of the night with my wife, 2 year old, and 7 month old. It was a last minute trip because my grandmother had been placed on hospice so we were traveling from southern California to say goodbye. 1. when checking in at approximately 1am, we were not greeted as diamond members nor thanked for booking nor asked about upgrades, or amenities. 2. once getting to our room, one of our keys didn't work 3. the door didn't close properly, I had to use all of my 200lbs of weight to lean into it and secure it closed. 4. when attempting to get fruit (a strawberry) at the morning breakfast, the tongs had been moved under another tray. my wife reached in to grab one single strawberry by the top and one of the staff yelled at her loud enough it drew attention to everyone in the lobby and berated her and told her to use the tongs, which it took even the staff member several minutes to find. I'm not arguing that she shouldn't have used tongs, but it was the way it was handled. 5. when asking about late check out the person at the desk didn't even look up at me before harshly answering that the latest she could do was noon, without even looking at her computer or seeing what room we were in, or seeing that diamond members get late check out included. 6. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY when we were down stairs one morning, we had asked if we could have more towels brought up to our room. When we returned to our room several minutes later we see a staff member coming out of our room. When I politely asked if there was an issue with our room because we had our DO NOT DISTURB sign up. He rudely snapped back, "YOU GUYS WANTED TOWELS DIDN'T YOU." 7. And finally when trying to leave our horrid trip. the icing on the cake was that when we went to get into the elevator it stopped working and got stuck. We were in there several minutes STUCK before we were able to get the doors open and get out to find another way out of the hotel. When we found our way downstairs to check out the front desk attendant just stated, sorry for the inconvenience. After all of those issues, I recommend you stay away, and you'll have better luck, and PRIVACY in a Walmart parking lot."

"My stay at Hilton Inn was quite enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. While the amenities were good, there were a couple of minor areas that could use improvement, hence the 4 stars. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again."
