"The place is ok , the breakfast would get tiring if you are in for a long stay and a bit on the expensive side compared to the wonderful food places that you can find around this hotel. Location is great for access to Intel office."

"The location is great. Centrally located to many businesses, shopping, restaurants…However, the rooms are extremely run down. It is advertised as “remodeled” only the lobby was “renovated” and even then not that recently. Room/Bathroom had an extremely strong odor of black mold. Front desk acknowledged smell is coming from damp carpets and room being closed up after days of consecutive pet use. I don’t have pets and specifically called ahead to request a pet free room. Stayed 2 nights. First night there was no TV. They had maintenance work on it the next day. Front desk and management said they would give points for the inconvenience, no points were applied to my account. Poor customer service."

"Disclaimer - I’m a hospitality consultant so I may view things differently - I also write travel books so again I view things maybe a bit differently. This is a solid and good representation of this brand. 5 stars is for George at the Front Desk who “gets” what being in hospitality is about and what it takes. His professional but warm and friendly approach was truly appreciated. We would just suggest Sales and marketing look over their copy on the sites as they show the 1 bedroom suite as having a tub/shower combo and that’s why we booked it to have that feature and the separate living room but apparently these rooms have all been changed out to shower only so we wound up changing out to a room that did have a tub shower combo and feeling a bit more cramped than what we wanted for our needs. Location is great making easy access to shopping, dining and medical facilities. We didn’t use any of the facilities but everything looked well kept. We will return."

"The location of this hotel was good. Their “newly renovated rooms” still needed some work and updating. Old outlets, no usb ports, smallll TV, old refrigerator that was barely alive when I used it. There are no microwaves in the room, but one down in the lobby. There is no water anywhere, but you can buy one at the front desk for $3 or drink out of the bathroom sink. You have to pay for parking even though there are a ton of open spaces. I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk, they were nice and handed me one, but when I got to my room to put it on the bed - there was a large brown/yellow spot on it. If I’m ever staying in this area again, this hotel won’t be my first or second or third option - definitely my last option."

"Mel was great when we checked in. There was also a very tall young white lady who always greeted us when we walked in to the hotel. Rooms are decent. AC should be updated it's pretty loud especially when you're trying to sleep. Rose lacks customer service skills. Unfortunately I had to check out with her. She did greet us at the counter. I had to tell her I wanted to check out. She didn't ask if I wanted a printed copy or that the invoice would be emailed. I had to ask her if she was emailing me a copy of the receipt. No thank you for staying. Everyone else has been pleasant and welcoming."
