"Refuses to take my “bissle warranty” card because I don’t have proof of purchase… it was a housewarming gift!! And I have spoke to bissle and confirmed it is under warranty, and this lady refuses to accept my warranty card (or email directly from bissle confirming my product is under warranty) and won’t repair it under warranty without “proof of purchase”. I have spoken to bissle several times and each representative has confirmed, what I have is all I need…. At this point, I’d rather buy a new vacuum than deal with these people. And of course, this is the only place in my area that is authorized to repair it."

"They fixed my Dyson vac in a very timely manner at a reasonable cost! The lady at the cash register was very sweet and kind! The repair thorough - they even put the items plugging my machine in a ziplock bag for me! I will never go to another vacuum repair place again. I was also informed they do sewing machine repair as well! I know where I'll be taking my sewing machine for the next servicing. A hidden gem!"
