"The local Ventura Big lots has lots of good buys and lots of random ones too. The store itself is typical for a Big Lots with its kinda ransacked vibe but decently clean inside. The items are hit and miss as far as you get something you like and when you come back again you may never see that item there ever again. They have good offers and some nice credit options with pay plans as well. Staff is pretty helpful here for the most part. Outside the store can be strange with some shady hanging around doing weird things. Overall this store is nice and worth shopping in, come check it out."
"My wife and I were shopping in the clearance section when she saw a sign that read 50% off the lowest tagged price. She picked grabbed a box of 7 foot scrub products marked $15 marked down to $7.50. When we took it to the register Norma argued that it's already 50% off. We asked for a MGR and Maggie responded to the Clearance where she ripped of the add.Continue to argue that that's already marked down. Needless to say Maggie and Norma were very argumentative and nasty to my wife and I. This store customer service is TERRIBLE!"
