"First guy I spoke with was nice. Sat on hold and another guy answered (Nathaniel) and he was ok but what happened to common courtesy? Wouldn’t one respond with you’re welcome, bye, have a good day or whatever? I said thank you for your help and he just hung up. No you’re welcome and no bye. Nothing. Quality of Customer service is really going down the drain. Kids are not raised with manners anymore. It’s sad."
