"If you are a growing business that’s growing fast and need a commercial kitchen this is NOT the place to be !!! Theres a few Tenets That has been there for years and trust me when I tell you they don’t like new competition or businesses taking over the kitchen (meaning booking yourself to much on the calendar) so they will do anything in their power to make you feel uncomfortable or will probably run to the manager and complain for every little thing they feel you did wrong and you will get in trouble for sure because they all have a great relationship with the manager (you have been warned). OH and don’t get on the managers (Becky) bad side,Extremely rude lady doesn’t know how to communicate or act professional she think because she’s the tallest in the room and the loudest she’s intimidating. make sure you laugh at all her loud weird jokes or she’ll take the calendar privileges From you and make you call her or text her whenever you wanna work (good luck getting a text back)..and show concern as she loves to share her personal business for whatever about her husband sadly divorcing her (I can see why) like if that has anything to do with summit kitchen. You are better off cooking or baking from home! Maybe I just experienced this because I’m a young black man in Ventura idk…"
