"I had my dishwasher installed today from the good people at Reid's appliance in Ventura. Dout out to Omar from Santa Barbara who sold me the dishwasher. Great salesman. Thank you to the two guys who installed it. You guys did a great job. Oh, and he didn't scream when a rat ran out from under the old one. I chased it around with a broom and wrangled it outside. Next time it's the guillotine for any rat who tries to get back in. That was are entertainment. Anyway, thanks guys. You did a great job and it was a great price. Thanks, Rob"
"Installing our new Bosch dishwasher, Paul and Edgar worked hard to do a good job. They made sure all the connections, electrical and plumbing, worked properly. Paul managed to reuse the painted front panel from our previous *!#%! Kitchenaid dishwasher, and took time to teach me how to use the Bosch's advanced features. A good crew!"
"Paul and Hunter went out of their way to install our appliances. Paul took the time to reroute piping in order to get our new dishwasher running that early afternoon. This is despite having many customers waiting. I was told by Edison that the gas wasn’t working and therefore my oven was not operable. Paul quickly took a look at it, counseled me and actually got it running in an instant! I highly recommend Reid appliances because of their generous and professional staff. Sincerely, Adriana"
"I bought a Frigidaire wall oven from Reid's appliance approximately 2 years ago and yesterday it just stopped heating. I called Reid's and asked if they could help me. They gave me the # for repair co. I was told that it was 95$for the visit, which would be waived if they did repair. I was told that Frigidaire only warrantees their products for ONE year! How can this possibly be? This is the second oven I've had in 10 years. The last one cost approximately 500$ and the exact same oven, 2 yrs. ago cost 1000$ What is happening to the world? There seems to be no accountability for anything anymore!"

How many times have you walked into a big box store and thought to yourself: “This is a horrible experience?” That is the exact opposite of what I thought when visiting here. The staff was extremely friendly I walked in, was greeted, had a conversation with Frank, and found exactly what we were looking for. Amazing staff! Great customer service and more."
