"As a two time Genesis owner , I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership. Genesis is about affordable luxury and top of the line service. My experience with Genesis of Montgomery service has been terrible. They should be embarrassed but they aren't. 4 months to replace an engine under warranty, almost zero communication and I'm still without my vehicle. They absolutely have never once answered my calls. They will probably reply with BS excuses about parts shortages and labor shortages. Here's a suggestion... hire managers that can hire people. To any prospective Genesis of Montgomery clients, you've been warned. You're welcome."
"Love my Genesis but hate getting it serviced. I had an issue with my 2022 GV70. They couldn't figure out the issue. Tech line and engineers looked at it. After 4 months I got my care back! Genesis needs more options in the Cincinnati area."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. My husband received a notice that there was a recall on his car and that it would take about 3 hours to repair. He calls and gets an appointment time (keep in mind that they chose the date and the time). I had the day off work, so I volunteered to take the car and spend a couple of hours there, no big deal. I decide to call beforehand to confirm that this was really only a 3 hour repair because it was about 45 minutes from our house and I wanted to be prepared if I needed to arrange a ride. They say no, it’ll need to be kept overnight. Okay, still no biggie. When I go to drop it off, I was told it would now be a day and a half, maybe two days. A week goes by, no communication on their end. As others have mentioned, you can’t simply call and speak to someone. You have to text their automated system and they routinely take 3 ore more days to reply. I finally get in touch with someone and they let me know that they don’t even have the parts available to do the job. They offered to have me come pick up the car, but given that the recall was the car just randomly catching on fire, we declined. Why schedule an appointment if you don’t have the parts to fix it?? They kept assuring us we were next. We go back and forth with little to no communication on their end as the weeks continued to go by. All in all, they kept the car for a whole month for what was initially a 3 hour repair. This location needs some serious help."
"This all started back in the spring. Our G80 has been making rattling sounds for sometime now whenever we go over a bump. I believe it is coming from the sun roof. I tried to make an appointment in the spring but was told that no loaner vehicles would be available until June 10th. I figured this kind of a problem might require the dealership to keep the vehicle for a while hence the need for a loaner. A couple days before June 10th I received a phone call from the dealership and was told that no loaner vehicles would be available until October 14. I wasn't happy about that but I had no other choice. They said that if we could find a vehicle to drive ( no need for a loaner) they could schedule our service right away. We have found another vehicle to drive so I called yesterday to make an appointment. No one returned my call. I called again the next morning without a response. Needless to say I'm very disappointed in the dealership's handling of our problem. I would expect better treatment from a Genesis dealership. This is not the first time I have had problems with the service department not returning calls."
