Some are getting pretty decent in their abilities, while newcomers are loving it as it is great exercise with a lot of caring helpful people. We do NOT keep score, making it very approchable and enjoyable. Good way to feel good and you will leave with a smile. Join us. Beats sitting, lonely on the couch while watching TV."
