"I hate that Dollar Tree raised their prices, like everyone else does, but they really have a lot of better merchandise and more variety now. They have so much cute Halloween and Christmas merchandise right now. I found some things to get my coffee bar ready for Christmas. Also, found some zero cal caramel coffee syrup, vanilla coffee, and splenda creamer that is so yummy! You can't beat the price for LED bulbs here, which is what I went in for today. It's also good to go ahead and stock up on some things you may need for power outage in case of bad weather in winter. Get those smoke alarm batteries while you're there too! It's time to replace them! They work so well and last for years!"
"The two lazy managers De'Anthony and Tasha need to learn how to do their job and HELP they're cashiers instead of talking and playing ,and family members who do not work for the company are not allowed in the stockroom that goes against Dollar Tree rules"
"I love stopping in at this Dollar tree, the one closest to my house always looks like it's been robbed! Staff is always nice and very helpful ☺️."
"“Why should I be nice when customers are rude to me all day” - Employee at dollar tree. If you want someone to be rude, hateful, and passive aggressive then come shop here! I was at the register and thought I forgot my card in my car. I told the lady I will be back. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I told her to check out the guy behind me. I came back in and went to the end of line. When it was my turn the lady said in a hateful tone, “ I can’t ring your stuff up if it’s already been rung. I have to wait for her *pointing to the other employee*. I politely asked, “ okay so when will she be out to assist?” She shrugged and ignore me. I went to the end of the line again to check out. I got up to the register again and she told me that she can’t help me. I said, “this is my third time in line and I’ve gotten no help. I’m only checking out a few items and would like assistance.” She said, “ well maybe don’t forget your card next time.” I told her “ I’m human and I make mistakes but I would like to check out. “ They still refused to assist me so I turned away. In a passive aggressive tone an employee yelled, “Bye B*tch”. I turned around and said “excuse me thats not how you treat someone. I’ve been in line 3 times. I’m human yes I forgot my card but I didn’t hold up the line. I politely went to the back to wait my turn again.” That’s when she made the comment about not needing to be nice to customers when they are rude all day. I’ve worked in customer service for years. I get it. IT IS HARD. The disrespect I received her was not okay. You have no idea what someone is going through regardless if they are a customer or employee. I’m sorry customers are rude. However, I was patient and kind until I had to defend myself. I’m very easy going but this was not okay. I also want to note: yes I get it there’s staffing issue but I think we can all collectively agree that it’s better to have no dollar tree at this location than to be treated like this. I don’t expect you to ask me how my day is I don’t expect you to make idle conversation. I do expect you not to cuss at me and be passive aggressive."
"I haven't been shopping at Dollar Tree since they raised prices to $1.25, it's something about buying 4 items when I used to buy 5 for the same price. For the past four years I have bought starlight mints at Dollar Tree. They're pretty good. But the mints in the bag I got today was obviously smaller than they have been in the past. Paying more for less mint."
