"This place is a Mecca for avid mountain bikers. We went there to hike, not knowing that it really is only for mountain biking. We saw one or two other hikers but I would say it's pretty dangerous walking the trails if you're not sure which one our biking or hiking trails. I probably won't go back to hike and I'm not physically adept enough to bike there. But oh my gosh, in my twenties I would have tore up those trails!!!"
"Great time! Nicely groomed trails and super fun bike park! Somthing for all ages!"
"this was a great place for the kids to ride, everything from beginner and onto big jumps, plenty of seating and shade."
"I am a novice mountain biker but my inlaws are very into the sport. They encouraged me to join them here at Baker Creek as it is thrilling but beginner friendly. We started with Sycamore Loop to build confidence. It was a pretty busy day and we ran into a lot of traffic. It felt pretty smooth so we moved on to Cruze Valley. This was immediately more of a challenge- quite the climb up and like a roller coaster coming down! It was a little scare but totally fun! If you’re just dipping your toes in I recommend trying these trails out. Both accesible right here on Baker Creek Preserve. Afterward we rode leisurely around the park adjacent to the street, playing around a few of the ramps. We ended our day with a late lunch at 71 South. Overall it was an unbeatable morning! This is probably my favorite area of Knoxville. I highly recommend exploring it!"
"We absolutely love this park. Come here nearly every day. The park is always clean and pleasant to be at. Kids enjoy the biking/skating area, as well as the playground on the other side of the park. Overall, the best park in Knoxville and we’ve been to many!"
