"Vanguard is a joke these days. Have switched to Schwab after many, many problems with Vanguard that the employees refuse to acknowledge, somehow always making it my fault. I was a customer for 30 years but their terrible customer service, the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, the inability of the employees to answer questions, etc. is over the top. I still can't get my 401K out of Vanguard despite many hours on the phone with numerous Vanguard employees, none of whom has a clue as to how to do this, it seems."

"This company hires the worst sub contractors I’ve ever seen. They slap together drywall and don’t care if it’s level or smooth. They threw in the windows and did not properly seal them. They cut corners on every single aspect of remodeling this house I got suckered in to buying. They make them LOOK nice but are not what you think you are getting. I have reported them to the BBB and have been in contact with my attorney and home inspector in regards to seeing what I can get done about being suckered into this house. Extremely upset. Horrible poor company that would poorly remodel a home and sell it to a small growing family that works hard for what they have. Shame on you vanguard. Horrible company. If you see a vanguard sign in the yard, leave it alone and run away hard. If I could put negative stars I would!!!!!!"
