"While in Knoxville, TN, my wife and I hired this Real estate company (Fuller Real Estate) to sell my house, because it was a neighbor one of the agents and the commission fees we agreed to was cheaper than what others wanted to charge us to sell my home. We moved overseas, where we retired while the house was on the market. We gave our daughter who lives nearby the house a Power Of Attorney to represent us at closing. Hiring this real estate company was a big, big mistake! I had a beautiful home like no other in the neighborhood. We had spent around $75,000 upgrading my house throughout the 12 years we own it and with the current hot market for a house like ours and the perfect location, we were darn sure we were going to get a very good return on our home and a very good appraisal. We put the house on the market with Fullers Real Estate Brokers and at the suggestion of the two agents representing us, we put it in the market for $340,000, But then, they took the first offer of $310,000 and told us it was a very good offer. At first we rejected such a low offer and made a counter offer of $318,000. Now we went from $340K to $320K to $318K, but they convinced us not to make a counter offer and take the $310k. Then thinking and not happy with the offer, they still convince us it was a very good offer and we agreed to it. Now they came back and told us the buyers want $2K in credits to fix miniature issues with the house, our realtor even supplied us with the handyman to fix the miniature issues for an outrageous amount of money (pitcher and catcher)After many not so happy phone calls, text messages and emails with the Fuller team, we ended up selling the house for $308k. All they wanted was their commission and nothing else. On top of that they messed up the closing paperwork several times, up to the last minute of the closing time! Will never, ever recommend these dumb company to anyone. Never!"
