"Coming from someone that just moved to this area I have paid 2 months of bills for this water district so far and am absolutely shocked at the cost. There is no reason a 2 person household should have a water/sewer bill over $200 or a sewer bill that is $30 more than the water bill. I have lived in many different districts the highest water bill I have ever had was $98 and I thought that was a lot, with the norm being $50. I mean what are they putting in this water… gold, Jesus Christ! And the sewer bill is absolutely ridiculous!"

"I had to install water treatment system after my wife was sickened. If you filled a glass of water you could see the sediment floating in the liquid. Installing 6 thousand dollars of equipment stopped it. That wasn’t the end. I had to install a treatment system for the hard water as well. Altogether we invested more that 15 thousand dollars to treat the water I am being charged a premium for. I plan to contact my state representatives. Someone should have oversight of this utility."

"This company is ran by CROOKS! They claim that your waste bill is reflected off of your water consumption, yet my waste was always $7-12 more than my water bill. I thought this was a temporary thing, but nope, I dealt with it for nearly 4 years. I went to check on my last bill (since I'd moved and hadn't got a final bill mailed to me), and somehow, my deposit was just enough to pay it (less than $15). I asked about the difference I should have coming back, and the teller told me I had a $0 balance and said have a good day. I HIGHLY DOUBT those figures are accurate! If you can avoid going through them, I HIGHLY suggest it! There's a special place in hell for thieves....."

"They'll come out and do this to your yard after you just paid to get it done and not send a single notice to let you know what they're doing or when they're doing it. They did the same thing to our neighbors and none of them got a notice.they also send bills out the day they're due and will argue that's not right when you call them. I'm about to start collecting rain water since they seem to be out only choice in the area."
