"I would give zero stars if I could. I brought a family member in on august 12, 2024 around 9am and it is currently 6pm and she’s been sitting in the waiting room the whole time. They ran an EKG and never got back to her after that. The waiting room is crammed with patients that need to be seen. Everyone is in this emergency room for a serious reason, but it’s seems like no one has gotten the help they need. This is absolutely unacceptable…"
"Such a maze to get anywhere They need LOTS more signs. Every one was nice and professional. I would recommend if in need. 1.9.23 Absolutely have to give kudos for Insurance paid more than UT thought so they collected too much at time of visit I have NEVER received a refund so fast or without 1 call. Had past experience in medical Other establishments and took months and threats to get refund THANK YOU UT for having such good business practices"
"If you have a family member stuck in the emergency for 6 hours they will not let you get food I the cafeteria. Make sure to stop and get food in the middle.of your emergency or you will have to pay to leave just get something to eat. Update: No one knows their covid policy. Doctors say one thing, security says another, and the people at the table say a whole different thing. The table people are the kicker. They will call security on you if you ask for a supervisor and tell you they have no supervisor. They pick and chose who to force policy on. They dont even understand the policy themselves. They said the gift shop was closed even though it closes at 7 and is open. They're rude and just plain undesirable to be around when you have fily you is lighting for thier life. When security was called and I told them everything thier response was they don't have a supervisor and she is just having a bad day. 5 security guards showed up and 4 of them where very professional about it. 1 on the other hand would make wild assumptions scream over his partners and me. To the point that I had to look at him and ask why he was acting like that and he just turned red, and didn't say anything else. When asked what his deal was the other officers said he is very passionate about his job. He is the type of guy that is going to hurt someone or cause a lawsuit. Be careful of him. Hothead through and through. Over all covid policy is nice and for the protection of the people but this hospital does not have a efficient or clear covid policy."
"I was recently seen in the e.r. due to a real bad infection, however, the Dr. Green & his staff treated my infection, right alone with others who in fact had insurance, although I didn't, I w"
"I was forced to leave the parking structure by a rent a cop because I hide myself well and urinated in said parking structure as I have a kidney problem and was absolutely unable to make it back to the hospital to use a restroom."
