Reviews
"The park/garden itself is quite lovely! The landscape is well cared for with some renovations in place. I give it 4 stars because it’s right next to industrial manufacturing. Kinda difficult to enjoy serenity and bird song with all that racket. I went mid week, so a weekend might be quieter."
"Love the trees. Our guide, Tom, was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting."
"Gardens are beautiful, any part of the yr. Had a greens tea! Very festive for the season!"
"A nice calm and green urban retreat right in the middle of the city. I came here for a picnic event and enjoyed a walk around the gardens. I especially like the unique feature of the place where nature and industry are separate but feel like they interact. You can tell people care about this place. It's a little small and not perfectly manicured in spots, but I'd come back with someone for a short restful break from the city."
"Little sanctuary in an unexpected place. The volunteer ladies are wonderful and helpful. I greatly enjoyed touring the home as well."
