Twin Spires Self Storage

"My husband and I have done business with Twin Spires for years. We like that it's a small, locally owned company that is invested in the community and cares about the property and the tenants. Plus, we've always gotten a great rate for the size and in West Knoxville! And they offer a free truck rental option. We just paid for the gas we used and mileage. I think our favorite thing is the location! We pass by on our way to pretty much everywhere. It's gated with surveillance, easy to get to, but also kind of tucked away."

"I have had several storage units, that are temperature controlled, at Twin Spires for 15 years or more. I have experienced no damage to any of the things stored in those units. Blake and his staff are always friendly and helpful. In addition, over the years price increases have been few and reasonable. Finally, the location makes it very accessible. It is a great place to keep your stuff. I can recommend Twin Spires without reservation."

"This is a good place to store your valuables. I actually have two units and at one time also had a car space. The place is secure with a coded gate and video. The guy who runs it is nice and very accommodating."

"Been with this place a few years now. Have had no problems with my unit or Twin Spires Storage. My main concern is the price. It seems to be the storage industry system that pricing need to be where they are for the service they give. It's becoming harder for me to keep up , since I'm on a fixed income. I've been late many time do to my SS check coming after the late due date. I know this is not the storage company's fault, but I need to put my things somewhere."

I was threatened that if I do not remove my review that he will leave bad reviews on all my businesses. He literally called me back after hanging up to tell me this. What a man. What a business-owner. How terribly unprofessional. It's no secret he is hurting for business with this comment. He put me in collections with ZERO chance of even knowing I was expected to pay for rent that was refunded to me because ALL my family's belongings were DESTROYED in a roofing replacement he apparently knew nothing about. Please read his response to this comment. "How in the world was I supposed to know they were replacing the roof." Well Blake, you're the OWNER. I would certainly hope you would know if contractors were on your property, replacing a roof!*** Roof repair was done and no one was notified. EVERYTHING in my storage was ruined by asphalt. When I told management Blake, was so rude and kept saying it wasn't his fault and he didn't know they were going to replace the roofs. How would management not know this? I was offered to use their shop vac. Yea."
