"What a difference from south Florida....amazing. Was able to get an appointment the same day. No one was there. Just wonderful. Everyone was so kind and professional. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Parking is up hill so be careful. Call ahead is my suggestion. They're very helpful on the phone too."

"Giving two stars only because I appreciate the existence of a place like this for the community & the resources offered matched what was on the website. But the problems begin when you walk through the door & as much as they preach privacy there, they make no efforts to ensure people feel safe & private. There is no signage or map or directory, not even a silent sign-in sheet, no private area to speak with someone-nothing. You have to tell a Walmart greeter out loud in front of everyone why you’re there so they can point down a hallway. The greeter was friendly enough, but completely unnecessary. There are a lot of different services provided here that are sensitive in nature & most folks aren’t comfortable sharing that information aloud in front of hundreds of strangers. After that there was no clear instruction or procedures & every staff member gave different information. Again, the staff was generally friendly enough, but not very helpful. The staff members with whom I had no contact were laughing & joking, hooting & hollering in the halls the whole time.I was there assisting a person whose first language is not English. I was told I wasn’t allowed to go with the person & that a translator would be provided- no such translator was provided- so this person does not understand what information was given behind closed doors, and after we left the person asked me to call them to ask all the questions that should have been answered in the 2+ hours we were there. I don’t want to complain, because this place can be a literal life saver for so many people, but the policies & procedures need work."

"Everyone is so nice and friendly except this one lady at the front desk that made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was lying. She needs to be trained again or spoken to. Hate to complain but felt very unhappy with my visit. The nurse and other staff members went above my standards."

"Everyone in the office is so nice. My 11 year old received 2 booster shots, and they made him feel so at ease. The nurse that gave the shots was the nicest health department employee ever! She sat and joked and talked with us for the 15 minutes we had to wait after the shots. I am very impressed with the staff here and will come back here all the time."
