"This is a racket. My daughter ran off the road and was perfectly fine and waiting for me to arrive. A passerby called 911 and they showed up and did absolutely nothing. They were there for maybe five minutes and asked the police officer to send them a picture of the license plate. They sent a bill for $725 for this. I called to dispute and they said they encourage people to become members to avoid the high costs. I could understand if me or my daughter called but someone who didn’t even stop to see what’s going on called and now my daughter gets stuck with an insane bill because of it? All they offered was to create a payment plan. They’re is no way they can justify charging $725 for 5 minutes of their time and some gas."
