"A Jenkins and Stiles truck came flying up on the shoulder well over the speed limit where it clearly states "No right turn from shoulder" It says that because the shoulder is not nearly as wide as an actual turning lane especially for a big truck like that. They almost took my mirror off not to mention the cars in front of me. If I need a contractor in the furture i will certainly use someone else. If they can't follow basic traffic laws how can I expect them to follow building codes. Do better."
