"I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Napleton’s and I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service provided by Billy and Roberto. I didn’t know if I wanted to trade my 3 Series Convertible or keep it. I love SUVs but I also love a convertible so I figured I’d get the best of both worlds. Eventually Billy (William) and I agreed to just trade it (more bang for my buck and no negative equity). Billy was an outstanding salesman who truly listened to what I wanted. As stated, I initially came in looking for a Rubicon but ended up leaving with a Wrangler, which was a better fit for my needs. Billy was patient and informative throughout the entire process, never pressuring me to make a decision. He encouraged me to take my time and even allowed me to research offers from two other dealerships I was considering. His approach was refreshing and made me feel confident in my decision. Then came the paperwork and additional add-on dance. This is when the finance manager, Roberto (I believe that was his name), stepped in. Roberto provided excellent customer service, ensuring all my questions were answered and making the financing process as smooth as possible. We ended up staying late, not leaving until about 1-1:30 am. Billy took me to grab some food!!!! Whew!!!! “Hangry” customers are the worst kind. Haha Although it has only been less than 48hrs since purchasing my vehicle…..Overall, my experience with Billy and Roberto at Napleton’s was exceptional. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend visiting this dealership and working with Billy and Roberto. They will take great care of you! Please note: I can’t speak for the entire dealership just for the two people I worked with. I would recommend the dealership add more finance managers to their roster. There was only one finance manager working that evening, which more than likely extended the buying process to 1am!"

"Yesterday I had the chance of working with salesman Omar S to purchase my Jeep Wrangler and he was AWESOME! He was VERY genuine, kind, patient and professional. Omar really went above and beyond to help me and to work with me. He listened to all my requests patiently and he was never arrogant or rude. He got me my dream car for a very GREAT deal. Omar definitely deserves a 5 star review because, if it wouldn’t have been for him, I may not have bought my vehicle. With that being said, I had an appointment to see the vehicle at 4pm and when they pulled it up, it was very dirty inside and very dusty on the outside too. It seemed it hadn’t been prepared for me to look at it. Omar made sure everything was detailed for me before I left, which I was very thankful for. The only other opportunity for improvement is, the dealership itself made it a very long process from start to finish. Between getting things ready and finalizing the paperwork, we were there from 4pm all the way until 9:30pm! I’m leaving Omar 5 stars for being so kind, giving us great hospitality in those five hours and for giving me a great deal. I’ll give the dealership 4 stars for taking so long and not having the vehicle prepared."
