"My first experience at Stanfa was recently after the cold snap when my car would not start. They tested everything and determined that it was a battery issue (ended up taking the car back to where the battery was purchased and obtained a replacement battery). I also purchased a couple of tires, had an oil change, and had my brakes inspected. They were quick and kept me informed throughout the entire process so there were no unexpected costs. "I Love the professionalism from the time I called the company and spoke to the owner, Joe who referred me to their Lansing Garage. But what I liked most was, not both Garages are open on Saturday, he rotate each Saturday to ease the employees stress level. What a wonderful idea. The Service man who took my information was a pleasant person, it was very easy to communicate with him, a friendly man. I was there before they opened at 8 and was done by 9:45.
