"Came in today to see what Labor Day sales options were available, our salesman Alejandro(Alex) was very patient and informative, we definitely need more people like him. The overall service, at Napleton is great, many people willing assist and not that pushy type to get sales."

"Stay away from this car dealership. A few days ago, my niece found a 2022 Nissan Altima listed on the dealership's website. My brother took the initiative to contact them, and I did the same. I spoke with a woman named Melissa. The photo in the ad was not the correct or current image of the car they were offering; the photo was of a burgundy or red Nissan, but the description said white. Well, we're two hours away from the dealership, so I called before making the drive and spending time and money on gas. The lady informed me that the car was white and available. My brother, on the other hand, spoke with another woman who even sent him a personalized video, inviting him to visit the dealership and test drive the car.To our surprise, after driving almost two hours, we arrived at the dealership. A Hispanic guy, whose last name seemed to be Salinas if I recall correctly, attended to us. After taking all my brother's information and making us wait for over 15 minutes, he informed us that the advertised car was not at that location and was on its way from who knows where. He tried to show us other cars, which we were not interested in. We realized that the advertised car seems to be just a tactic they use to lure people to the dealership because the car's price is very attractive. In the end, we left very upset by the bad experience, the wasted time and money, and to top it off, the next day, they kept calling us, offering to show us the car even though Mr. Salinas told us it wouldn't arrive until the following week. A very frustrating and annoying situation. They are liars and engage in bad practices. I would like to report them to some entity that regulates this type of practice, maybe the BBB or the Illinois Chamber of Commerce."
