"Disappointed. Took me awhile to write this review cause I was debating it. I feel their goal is to make money versus fixing your vehicle. Meaning, I took my vehicle here cause I was hearing a noise while accelerating. They took it in and from their diagnosis told me I needed tires. I asked if that would get rid of the sound and they told me yes. Buy a set of tires for about $1000 only to get my car back with the same noise. My debate about making this post is because I brought my other vehicle in for work, which had a few things wrong and again they told me I needed a set tires in addition to other work done. I had a flat on a front tire which they told me they couldn't fix and that's when they suggested the tires. I declined and had other work done. I took my vehicle to a small shop for my flat and they told me I had a Crack in my rim and welded for me and my tire issue was no more and cost me 130 bucks. It disappointed me cause firestone would have had me buy a set of tires first and then tell me after that I needed a new rim. Lesson learned"
"I'm not even done getting my car looked at and I'm leaving this place a 5 star review! I KNEW something wasn't right.. I was approved for a credit card and of course came SAME DAY to use it. I drive thousands and thousands of miles. They were able to get me in after a reasonable 2 hour-ish wait (I was a walk in. I came out of nowhere. No call no nothing. Just "Where is the nearest Firestone") and they were able to replace my ball joint and tie rod.. and it will be aligned! I give this place 5 stars and Jasmine is very friendly. I saw all the bad reviews too.. e-mailed Customer Care ahead of time and $715 later I am on my way."
"I was told via telephone that an appointment was not required. I arrived at this location at 0945hrs on 12/8/23. At 1135hrs, I advised the employee at the front desk that I would be leaving and coming back right back. Before I left, I confirmed how many more vehicles were ahead of me and I was told that I was next as the vehicle on the alignment rack was getting ready to be pulled out. At 1427hrs I called and asked was my vehicle ready and I was told that it was not. I asked had the vehicle been started and I was told that it was not. The person on the phone advised that another vehicle, who had been waiting since 0700, also needed the same service I did but their car required parts so they had to wait until the parts came before they can complete that vehicle. I returned to this location at 1500hrs and saw that my vehicle was parked in the same spot where it had been since 0945hrs. I retrieved my keys and left without getting service completed due to the following: 1. You should not tell customers their vehicle is next when it indeed is not.. 2. IF their vehicle was indeed next, the moment another vehicle was pulled in ahead of theirs, they should have been notified that it would be a longer wait. Especially after discovering that parts would need to ordered and delivered. 3. There is a quote posted by the founder "I believe fundamental honesty is the keystone of business." -- maybe you all should take heed to this."
"Just terrible I scheduled an appointment for noon, I arrived 15 min before time frame.Long story short they told me if i was picking up today I explained yes i'll be in the neighborhood. I then call 3 hrs later they don't know the status of the truck. So I call at 4:09pm they said If i was planning on picking up today i said yes that's why I waited around for four hours. Still nothing now they are stating its going to be till thursday. Wish I just scheduled with Chevy Dealership... Then they give me attitude for asking when the truck is going to be done. Please take my advice don't waste your time."
"Horrible, so disappointed. I avoid big shops because they tend to be more expensive. This time I wanted to feel the peace of mind of going to a big name in the business. I went for new tires, I have the life time alignment and they forgot to align my vehicle. Then I wanted to get some dash warning lights fixed because they would turn on from time to time. I got my vehicle back and the light stay on permanently and it affects how my vehicle drives. I was told to take it back in a week because the tech was on vacation, which makes no sense to me. Why couldn’t another tech inspect? I take it back and after 2 days I call and they ask the worker and I was told nothing is wrong with it. I bet charged again when it should of been a warranty inspection. My vehicle is still having issues, outraged and disappointed. I thought you guys hire pros that are certified. Upset of wasting 100s for nothing."
