"I had an appointment at 11:00am for an oil change. The manager who wrote my order seemed lethargic, took my keys, never told me how long the wait would be. After waiting an hour and half I asked the assistant manager how much longer, he said another hour and half! I ask if it should take three hours for an oil change, he was extremely obtuse, never apologetic and said there was only 1 technician and walked away. I just asked for corporates phone number and my keys, I ultimately went to jiffy lube even though my maintenance warranty plan is contracted with pepboys."
