Owned and operated by Mike Hagel, a Minnesota native and U.S. Navy veteran, our agency brings a wealth of experience and dedication to every project. Mike's distinguished military service includes time at the Office of Naval Research in Washington D.C. and aboard the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN-73) as a member of the Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA-131). Honorably discharged in 1995, Mike pursued his education, earning an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
Mike entered the real estate industry in 1997, gaining invaluable experience with leading new home construction builders, SEDA Construction and Richmond American Homes. Over 15 years, he excelled from site sales agent to sales trainer and sales manager, consistently being recognized as a top-selling agent. In 2011, Mike transitioned to general real estate sales with Coldwell Banker and joined Watson Realty in 2018. His outstanding performance and leadership led to his appointment as Area Vice-President and Managing Broker in 2022.
