Amelia Island Premier Beach Rentals

"3211 Eventide Fernandina Beach, rented for our family couples yearly outing. My wife and I were so embarrassed. The linens on 3 out of 5 beds linens were soiled with make up, perfume and stains. The bed was made without cleaning the linens! Mattress pads were stained. I have photos. Next to bed was an empty soda bottle followed by chips on sheet and trailing down to floor to the door. Thick dust next to bed stand with old tissues. Shower curtain slimy pink on it. No dish towels, lounge part of sectional when foot rest up there was popcorn and thick dust. Dirt and drip marks on floors. Counters sticky and railings sticky. We had to put all the trash cans by the road, the other guests failed to, we picked up all the over flow trash around the trash cans. Several lights had blown bulbs. The unit itself a practical one for a group. Owners should reconsider the so called housekeepers. It was such a shame property was disregarded."

"Lee Steger hired us twice to fix a few things in one of his rental properties. He paid us for the first job and everything went smoothly. We completed the second job and he went MIA. He didn’t pay us our $600 for materials and labor. We called and emailed him numerous times. It always went to voicemail and the several emails went unanswered. Lee is a crook. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH HIM. If we could leave a 0-star review, we would."

"Rhona was AMAZING to work with! We had to change our beach plans due to Tropical Storm Barry 24 hours before we were to check in. Rhona helped me find the perfect place to stay. The town house was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and was very spacious! We’ll definitely be renting from Premier Rentals again!"

"I have rented three times at three different places on Fernandina Beach from Rhona, sometimes with extended family, sometimes with just my husband and daughter, most recently even with our dog as well, all of which were great and as advertised The most recent visit was to a beautiful condo on the beach, Coral Sands. The condo was beautiful, the views were fantastic, the kitchen was very well equipped, including small details like spices and plastic wrap, etc... Rhona is extremely nice, well-organized, and quick to respond. We will definitely return soon!"

Not only were both properties comfy, clean, and just as advertised, Rhona went above and beyond in making things easier for us. She's responsive and was kind enough to find, then send, a left-behind tooth guard for one of our party. Wonderful to work with you, Rhona!"
