"Rent at your own risk. When I first rented from them, I agreed to do them a favor and take a strange lease period to help get that property back on schedule with the rest of statesboro, and Darla was out of the office for personal reasons. When she did come back, she started off communication with me with rude comments and an attitude. When they switched over to being able to take electronic payments, their system had some kind of problem with my account, which was the only electronic payment method that did seem to have a problem with my account. Because of this, they penalized me twice with late payment fees, after Darla went out of her way to suggest that I didn't have the funds to pay the rent, and wouldn't remove both of them even though the problem was with their system. They never did anything to maintain the home, pushed off all maintenance and other issues on the tenant. They wouldn't even spray for bugs, and when they did finally agree to something because there was no way out of it, they never followed through and made sure their 3rd party contractor actually came out to do the work. And now they're apparently going under Southern Keys Realty instead of Manack Signature properties. Overall, Darla specifically was very unprofessional and rude from the first time she reached out to me. Not sure if the entire office is so unpleasant or if it was just the one person I had the unpleasant fortune to have contact with, but I wouldn't be able to recommend them to anyone."
