"My unit in particular was terrible, submitted 13 unit inspections issues from move in, multiple roaches and insects , and numerous extermination request. Apartment also had bed bugs on the first day I slept there and the complex said it was my fault that I had them even though I’ve had no prior experiences with them. (My Prior apartment was owned by the same company) All this happened in the span of 2 or 3 months. Management doesn’t do anything in particular to accommodate either."

"The George.... four words... "I love it here!" This place offers everything that you could ever want! Spacious closets, large living rooms, nice bathrooms, top quality gym w/ updated equipment, and to top it off the BEST staff in the Statesboro! Elisha and Deja are those girls and are TOP tier! Number ONE and NOT number TWO. You better come here to stay :). Thanks you guys for giving me the best service and the best communication EVER!"

"Great staff! The George is one of the best places in Statesboro for college students to live because of the 2 bed/2 bathroom apartments and rent prices. Also, the apartment rooms has a huge closet. But, they charge $50-$80 for overages on utilities, which makes my total around 600.00 or 700.00 each month. Some of the rooms have a smoky scent, the aroma lingers around and will not go away."

"I went in to do a tour! And I was greeted by Elisha. She gave a great tour and did very well explaining the amenities and all the fun things the George does for their residents. Definitely putting the George on the top of my list."

"We just moved in yesterday and everything was perfect! They had our rooms clean and beautiful and the check in process was super easy! The office was full of smiling faces and CJ was awesome and very helpful! So far we love The George!!"
