"I very much liked our stay. The rooms were clean and up to date. I liked that our room had dual climate control for AC and heat. The beds were also comfy. Both times we stayed the staff was overly helpful and in good spirits. Breakfast was also surprisingly good for free breakfast. Only two complaints I had were, there are only 2 luggage carts for the entire place and the tv remote was gross. But I didn’t feel these two items should bring down the rating."

"The employees were extremely nice and helpful. They had the beat sausage and gravy for breakfast that I have ever eaten. Room was very clean. Well stocked! Loved it."

"Although the suite wasn't very clean and I had to clean it myself I was still enjoying my stay until yesterday. Yesterday I was trying to take a nap in the afternoon and someone came knocking very hard (I had the do not disturb sign on my door). I was startled thinking it was an emergency I got the door but they were only knocking because they wanted to renovate soap dispers in the bathroom. I really don't understand why they would pick a time when they have the room occupied to do any renovations. I have never experienced this in any other hotel and frankly I don't see it as very professional. I value my peace and privacy and rather not be disturbed while I have the do not disturb on the door unless it were an actual emergency. I am giving it 3 stars for now and if everything goes well after the renovations I may update the rating. Also the microwave was stainded, dishwasher had rust, fridge had dents, and all the drains seem to be clogged and draining very slowly. Update Lowering my review to 2 stars was bothered again today for cleaning. I already cleaned and just didn't want to be disturbed during my stay. I was told I had to leave the room while they clean. I left for 4 hours came back and room still hadn't been cleaned. I had to leave again and wait for them to clean. Waste of my whole day and couldn't get any work done. I really hope this does not happen weekly."
