"I honestly was comfortable where I was. The environment and the people have always seemed nice and any issues normally would be fixed in a timely fashion. But today is a different story. I have always been respectful and professional to whom ever I spoke with at any time. But today not only was I underminded and talked at instead of to, I also ended up being hung up on and left with no option but to leave voicemail, which rarely gets responded to depending on the person. The customer service I received today was unacceptable, unprofessional and rude people never prosper. I can only hope who ever they have in the office simply gets better because tenants deserve better."

"I have been living in complexes for 3 years under Eagle Realty. Eagle Court is good when you have a roommate and Eagle Villa is also nice for just me. Stadium View is also a good place and has a bigger variety of rooms. I love the location because it's close to campus and everything I need is within walking distance. The staff has been very nice and understanding these past years and the neighborhood is a nice place as well. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in town and for a good price."
