"They’re gonna be late on fixing things, some things may never be fixed. But at the end of the day, they leave you alone and let you live in peace. Many property places are out there to get money money money, I’ve not experienced this with pmg. Always gotten my deposit back, never had them hovering over us and they are pleasant to deal with in office. They’re not the fanciest but they make sure you have a place to live. Try them before another."
"Do not rent from this company. Only been living in townhome for three months and I HATE it. It’s winter time and I’m living with no heat. At first I only got heat in the bedrooms and not the living room at all. Was only able to use half the place. After 3 different maintenance reports they all come back saying they don’t see anything wrong. But now I have absolutely no heat. The plumbing is horrible soon as you turn on the faucet the water comes out brown then clears up and smells. The electrical wiring is bad if you try to plug in two heaters the power goes out. The whole process of applying was weird but I tried to be positive. They will give you a tour of the place while people are currently living in it. They will not replace anything that has been damaged from previous tenants not even the stained carpets. Also you will have to sign the lease as soon as you get approved they do not wait until tenants move out so you can see finish touches. They will just say note down anything you see that needs to be fixed and maintenance will come. 2-3 weeks later maintenance will come hopefully he will actually fix something."
"Nov 14, 2023: Been living here 6 months and finally got information that we need parking passes and that we have to get them from a different “HOA office” that happens to be in a random apartment. Yet they didn’t know this to tell me when we moved in… I can’t even make this up. The person I spoke to said she “literally has no idea what’s going on out there.” July 3, 2023: Current resident for 52 days now and we still cannot take comfortable showers in our apartment. It runs scalding hot, like it hurts to get in the water. The office knows this and it has not been fixed after nearly two months. We have called the office multiple times, put in multiple maintenance requests, gone to the office in person to express the severity of the situation… and we still have not received an update. July 7, 2023: The plumbing company has replaced our tub faucet yesterday so we are able to take normal showers now, but they have not done any caulking…so we are fearful that the moisture is going to get into the walls through the cracks. Regardless, this unit was clearly not inspected nor cleaned prior to our move-in date because this would not have been an issue. We still have concerns about the safety of the apartment, because our windows are nailed shut (this is a fire hazard, and my husband works for fire dept)."
"Only leaving 2 stars because after requesting to put a storage building up I was allowed to. Been a resident for about 2 years now. Decided not to reup on the lease & purchased a house. Lease is up 10/31/23. Your last month they will bring possible tenants through your rental with all your stuff still there, invading privacy, it’s asinine to me because for $1,310 I shouldn’t have to just have my day trampled on by strangers. It’s so asinine to me & I had never had it happen before or even heard of it I didn’t think it was allowed to do that, but after researching, they are with a 24 to 48 hour notice. There’s no way you’re getting the best first impression showing it to people while people are still there. It pushes me to want to be out 2 weeks early & refunded at least half the rent for the month. Then you look at the website & it says your rental is available 11/17/23 & has been “recently renovated” lol. Nope. It wasn’t recently renovated 2 years ago"
"They only want application fees. They'll repost the same property as if it's new also, leaving me to further believe they just want application money. Also felt a little racial environment with them. They'll look you up and down tell you anything. Call on the phone and hear a completely different story about a property. I have to say nay no with them. Bad enough all the properties are overpriced anyways."
