"I will start off by saying the staff was friendly and professional BUT the elevator was down so we were forced to used the stairs. Now for someone with limited mobility and carrying luggage this is a huge issue. The rooms smelled dusty and the carpet on the stairs was filthy. Last but not least I have never seen a coffee maker in the bathroom in no other hotel chain. Kinda disgusting"

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean. The only issue I have is I do work while in the hotel.. The internet is garbage. I have spent more than two hours trying to send files with this internet going in and out. I switched to my phone wifi (Verizon) and the service in room in 2 bars it was only 2 mbps down on my phone and 4 with their internet but it would bottleneck all afternoon and evening when it comes to working.If you are coming to statesboro as a vacation (unless seeing Georgia Southern not sure why) if it comes to work... avoid this place..."

"Will definitely be back. Great customer service. I highly recommend shower shoes, bringing your own tub/shower cleaner, hand soap, and other personal toiletries of course. The water quality was harsh. Other than than that, it did the job ."

"Stayed here for 6 nights, every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the hotel does show some wear, and I did see some some stains in places, I can look past that though due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. There is Minimal tractor trailer parking. Bobtail, you will be fine. There is a gas station and a restaurant/bar in walking distance. Breakfast was the same thing everyday, decent tho for free breakfast. All in all would stay again if needed. Felt safe, and the hotel was very quiet even when it was busy during the weekend. Thank you."
