"RENTER BEWARE!... Shady business tactics. There was ZERO fairness ZERO compassion as a matter of fact Patrick made a joke about a shooting that occurred on his Birchwood property sending a meme depicting a drive by shooting with text stating it's how he keeps rent low. Myself and my wife tried our best to work with this man and he refused to get involved with his other tenant that had assaulted my wife then threatened to shoot us and pulled out a gun and put it to myself and my wife and son. His response after he FINALLY agreed to let us out of our lease was a 3 day notice to quit allowing the other tenant to be on my side of the rental and moved my ring camera all while Patrick sat there watching. Still tied up in court. Simply wanted out of that nightmare and joke of a contract. Seller and renter beware and do your homework on this man and his multiple companies..... UPDATED: We begged you to step in as a landlord. WE were being harassed and threatened on a daily basis by Chris and the company he keeps! I have tons of video evidence that you seem to just have forgotten. Whatever helps you sleep better at night Patrick!"
