"This was our second time working with Alexis. The first time was in 2021 with the purchase of our first home. This time (2023) we sold our first home and bought our second with her guidance. Never having sold a home before, I was clueless on what needed to be done to get the most money for our home. She gave actionable advice, which we followed, and ended up listing our house for $10,000 more than we originally anticipated. To our surprise, we received multiple offers over asking. Alexis guided us on accepting the best offer for our situation, as well as negotiated on our behalf when our financials became tricky. There is no doubt that we would have received way less if we had not been working with her. On our behalf, she fought for us to get all the money that we could for our sale. At the same time as our sale was processed, she also helped us make an offer on our dream home that ended up getting accepted! Her relational skills with the other realtors are what allowed us to get our offer accepted (even out of multiple other offers on the table). Additionally, when we couldn’t offer more money due to our financial situation, she was incredibly creative in how to make our offer seem more appealing to the seller. I am the type of person that thinks I could “do it all on my own” and it was VERY apparent to me how much of a difference Alexis made in this process. This day and age, I assumed that having a realtor was not necessary due to my own access to listings on Zillow. However, that statement could not be more wrong with Alexis. She saved us sooo much money in the end and got us into our dream house! I would recommend her to anybody!!"
