"While living at the rental house we had a mostly good experience. Maintenance requests were handled promptly. Moving out was a bad experience that left a bad taste in our mouth. Our deposit was not refunded despite keeping and leaving the house in a good condition. I called and emailed several times to follow up on our deposit about 2 months after we moved. It took a few emails before we got a response, something the lease states we should have heard back within 45 days of moving. Took before and after pictures. We were charged $800 for painting after living for 3 years with minimal normal wear and tear of living in a house. This was also not on the lease. The answer we got was there were a few writings on the wall. I think a total of 2 or 3 walls had small pencil marks from our son and a few chips. I have attached some of the pics we took after moving out. Owner was selling the home and had it prepped by painting the entire home which translated to us being charged for it. We decided not to fight it because it’s not worth the emotional stress. Unfair but beware that you may be charged for things like this when you move out."

"STRANO IS THE WORST PEOPLE to rent the house,Horrible,disaster.dishonest,Liars and unprofessional people-just take your money.they just want to make money out of you whenever you request any maintenance of the house takes your money and still wants you to do everything by yourself. When I move in the house it was very filthy and dirty condition .the carpet was full of dog hair .I send the pictures to strano But they did nothing Because the lease is signed now ,Me and my family worked hard to clean that filthy house Because now we have to stay there there's no Choice,But that is NOT End of the story. I have been moved out 60 days before,they do not want to give my deposit back they just want to keep your money and do not receive MY calls anymore. And after 60 days I call them finally leaving the message that I'm going to take further action they call me and offer me only 1/4 of my deposit. My deposit was $1400 and they are willing to give me only $400 back. Me and my family spend hours and hours scrubbing and cleaning inch by inch the house before we movied and checked all deep cleaning list that they gave us,I swear Left the house more cleaner and better condition then I got it. I wish I saw these YELP reviews before I did business with them.I will suggest you stay away from them you're going to regret if you are going to do business with them"
