"Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Rooms are a solid 8/10 for the price, you can't beat it. A few 'meh' maintenance fixes here and there but nothing that will make you not want to stay here. For the most part it's clean and quiet."

"I had arrived, 8PM been given a room that wasn’t clean. Tried to change it but the desk receptionist apologised wrote the incident down, said nothing we can do but the manager arrives tomorrow morning. Did you want to have something done. Please train the staff to provide solutions in the moment rather then hide under the manager belt loop. This may not happen to someone who may have understood the conditions or been in traumatic circumstances. The following morning I was refunded money back with an apology by a new on shift receptionist that did express compassion that I wasn’t given a new room that was not inspected and cleaned before handing the key out. Here are the pics or it didn’t happen. This was what I walked into. But it was late at night so I didn’t have the place or energy to go in the ice storm. I would hate to call this location the „At least we tried“ it and couldn’t been that standard like the commercial photos said."

"Good for the price. I spent one night here on a cross country road trip with my two dogs. The staff was efficient. The room was clean. Only negative was that the tub didn't drain well. Also, I probably wouldn't have stayed in this area if my wife and kids were with me."

"BED BUGS ALERT!!! Stay away from this place as far as possible! It was the worst place I stayed EVER! Rooms smell like old sweat. Carpets are all dirty. Showers don't work properly. Pest traps on the countertops. The biggest "surprise" are beds with BEDBUGS!!! Arrived there late evening and was disgusted by the stinky smell of the room and room condition. I was very tired so decided to stay regardless of terrible conditions. Woke up shortly after getting to bed as bed bugs started to bit me!!!!! Couldn't stay there anymore. Packed up everything and went to the receptionist Felicia and asked for a refund. She said no refund is available until morning once the manager Latroy Marsh will confirm. It was 1 am!!! Manager Latroy wasn't available!!! I called Priceline as I made an order on their app. They called motel and receptionist Felicia said that money was refunded. Once I asked if she could prove what she said as she was lying previously saying that money couldn't be refunded until morning, her answer was no. Felicia could not provide proof of refund. I left that stinky place in the hope that my money would be returned and couldn't sleep all night because of an experienced level of stress. That's a horrible experience in a horrible place. EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!"

"This hotel has odor issues. I stay at hotels a fair bit due to work. I have stayed there in July and again in Sep. Each time moved to a different room due to either food or A/C odor. Be aware that you only get housekeeping service once every 2 weeks and if busy or short staffed they will give you attitude if ask the front desk for something. On a positive note, its the only chain hotel that I have stayed where the room has a recliner chair. They really can't explain well how ESA on-line process works. The 1-800 number was the same. They hung up on me when I was asking questions on how the rewards perks worked, as there really isn't any true perks."
