"This quality inn location is very convenient. The rooms, parking lot, and building are very clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The continental breakfast is a bit small but the price makes up for it. This place rocks at offering value for their amenities like the pool and free breakfast and awesome location. I would recommend this place, stayed here 10+ times, no problems and always clean sheets and clean room. I prioritize cleanliness more than anything when looking for a place to stay, and this place gets an A+ from me."

"This place is an absolute joke! Charged my card twice and then charged another $150 deposit plus a $25 pet fee for my service dog. This was a last minute booking as it was getting late and I wanted to get my toddlers laid down for the night. Anyways the lady at the desk is rude and doesn’t know how to do her job. Also the weird man that was constantly sweeping and moping outside when he should have been doing it inside. We never stayed in the room opened the door and turned the lights on and the cockroaches went running they were everywhere. Went right back asked for a refund and the lady said call tomorrow and someone else will take care of it. I definitely will be! The sad part is there are many company trucks there. Ughhh… they will be spreading cockroaches for miles. To their customers and their own families homes absolutely disgusting. The staff there has to know. When the woman was not shocked when we said something about it I knew she knew. Maybe they should add in their amenities that cockroaches are free and come with the room. Code enforcement health department someone step in and make them fix this. Zero stars but had to mark something to post!"

"I was recommended this area versus staying in St Louis. I thought the service was good for the type of hotel and I usually never have issues with Quality Inns. However the huge problem we had were German Cockroaches in our first room. They are one of the worst type of roaches to have as they breed quickly and carry all types of diseases. The person up front was diligent in changing our rooms, but after ruining our dinner, and not being able to properly settle in the next room. It ended up not being a good experience. So for anyone staying, CHECK YOUR ROOMS. German Roaches are small and we found them even in the kleenex boxes."

"This place is absolutely AWFUL. The guy at the front desk is beyond disrespectful. He never told us his name, but he has long curly hair. They state that this is a “pet friendly” hotel, but when you leave the room your pets must come with you. If they don’t, and they “cause a disturbance” you will be charged $150. NO WHERE on their website was any of this stated. It was only stated that this is a Pet friendly hotel. If I would’ve known this I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. No wonder why it was so cheap. The beds are squeaky, the rooms stink, and its not tall people friendly. Do yourself a favor and stay away."
