"Great hotel. Great location. Excellent customer service. Special props to Maddie at the front desk, who really went the extra mile. My son and I arrived at the hotel after oversleeping and nearly missing our flight to STL, and we were GROSS. Maddie bent over backwards to get us into our room a bit early and even helped us replace toothbrushes we had failed to pack during our mad scramble. This is the way customer service should be!!"

"Had the 2 room suite while PCSing. Great room. My family and I spent the night there. There was a dead bug on the curtain that fell but I caught it before my 2 year old discover a new tasty looking treat. Great room, well worth the money"

"I was traveling from Alabama when a lot of snow came through making the roads slick to drive. I took the closest exit to find a place to stay. When I got inside, the front desk lady helped me reserve their last available room that literally was just canceled due to the weather. Everyone here has been amazing and so thankful I got to experience staying here."

"The hotel was of good quality and was convenient to many things in the area, but it was the staff that stood out to me. Our group’s vehicle broke down in the parking lot and the staff was patient, helpful, and encouraging to us as we worked to get it fixed. They were fantastic hosts and it makes me want to stay there every time I’m in the area!"

"Room and breakfast was wonderful but staff wasn't so friendly, mainly front desk works had a funk attitude. Rooms were very neat and clean!! Beds were firm and comfortable, with beautiful crisp white bedding. Well definitely stay there again next year"
