"We are selling our house and the last realtor comes up today late and is a total “Richard”. I found his name is Eric Ryden and he owns this company! He kept telling me he wasn’t good at his job and that is why he was late. I explained to him that we don’t do any showings after 6 since my wife is sick and she need to rest. He didn’t care about any of that. He just kept being unprofessional! I felt sorry for his buyers standing there watching him act so disrespectful to me as if all of this was my fault. I have never seen someone so selfish then this guy and to think he owns this company as well. Like I said my wife is sick and she is laying down. Can we schedule this for a different time. His reaction was just ridiculous! He said so you don’t want to sell your house? Then he said this is what I am going to do and he tore up his buyers sheet with my listing on it. This guy is out for himself and doesn’t care about anyone else!"
