"Room were nice as far as size and arrangement, and most things were quite clean. However, the floors were very dirty, no matter what I tried I pulled large pieces of dirt into bed every time I got back in it, which having an infant get me up multiple times was quite a bit. Breakfast was of the worst we've seen in a hotel. Wouldn't be super quick to stay again."

"This hotel is mediocre at best. Manage your expectations. You are staying in a budget hotel that isn't full of the glam and newer features of a modern Marriott or Hilton brand affiliated hotel. That being said, I stayed here for three nights during the Bix 7 in the QC last year, and I was comfortable and slept well. The staff was friendly. However, I think management/ownership needs to pay attention to two key things: 1) The lobby and general public areas need a refresh, (i.e., interior and exterior paint, carpet, stairwells, a deep clean, etc). The rooms are outdated, but for a budget hotel, I can give that a pass. 2) I would recommend to management and ownership to bear this in mind: Please do not cook strong-smelling foods on premises for personal consumption. It seemed that, during the afternoon hours after breakfast time was done, staff would prepare food (smelled of strong curry) for themselves and eat in the breakfast area. Hey, you're the owner and you can do what you want, it's your property. But please bear in mind that these strongly incensed foods can create a lingering smell in the public areas. You're a hotel and your business should be very neutral in this "olfactory" regard."

"Do not stay here! My car was stolen (it was locked and no key in it) right out of the parking lot. Managment did NOTHING--did not comp my room--absolutely nothing. When the police came and asked to see security footage they were told the cameras did not work. I have been a LOYAL choice hotel customer for years; even Choice Corp cannot answer my calls, emails or letters for a refund."

"If you are looking for a decently clean room at a fair price with friendly staff, look no further. Not a 5 Star hotel, but 5-star treatment at a bargain price. Yes, it could use some updating so I dinged them one star. But other than the need for some paint, and new carpet the place doesn't disappoint. The staff could not have been more eager to please. I'm very happy. Slept great! Would stay here again."
