"Me and my girlfriend absolutely love this hotel. Michelle made it an amazing experience. She was so kind and cheerful. As for the hotel itself it’s quiet and clean. Under renovations but even then it’s not super loud when they’re renovating. I absolutely recommend this hotel"

"Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life, we get there and the whole place is under renovations, nowhere on the website did it say under renovations or that the pool and hottub were out of commission. The first room we went to the window was broken and it was 30 degrees in the room. By the time we got our 2nd Room we didn't ride the elevator anymore, it was a bit sketchy, also the ice maker on our level didn't work, and at least 3 of the external doors were broken. If I didn't have a 6 hour drive home I wouldn't have stayed."

"It was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was broken windows at the hotel. Trash outside. The pool was out of order. Giant trash bin under our room is all you could see, when you looked out the window. The TV cable did not work. The breakfast was litterly just toast. The bathroom sinks are not even in the bathroom. When we checked in we had to wait 15 mins for the lady to come and check us in, because the guy downstairs could not do it and couldn't speak English. Would not recommend"

"Please avoid this hotel at all cost. It definitely does not worth $170 per night. 1. It was not a safe place to be at night. When we got there, there were a bunch of men outside of the hotel gate drinking and talking loudly. They followed us into the hotel - even to our floor - and there’s no security around. We checked into our room, and didn’t feel safe enough to leave the room for the whole night. 2. The hotel is under renovation and it’s pretty sketchy. The elevator smells weird, makes loud noises and trembles when it’s running. Our daughter has never been scared of an elevator ever before in her life, but she wouldn’t wanna go on this elevator in this hotel. 3. I have also never been in a hotel where the housekeepers left you 0.1 roll of toilet paper for you to survive the night and the morning. But this hotel does that - oh how generous they are! 4. The reception staff is nice, especially the lady who works the morning shift. Breakfast is alright - fruit, easy drink and some pantry food."
