"We stayed here for one night. We are maximum status and booked a double queen bedroom. We got upgraded to a King one bedroom suite for the night. In addition at arrival one of the housekeeping members went to the room to verify that it was to standard before we entered the room and I thought that was kind of nice. I was pretty upset to find that there was a non-electric vehicle from the late 1990s parked in one of the two EV spots. So I reported them to the front desk and it sounded like they were going to take care of getting their vehicle moved but I don't know that for sure. The room was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The internet worked fine I was doing online gaming and wasn't experiencing issues. We especially appreciated how they were USB ports in all of the outlets, over by the bed, and an actual charging counter. Well done."
"I am still waiting for 2 deposits to come back for $50 each. As I had completely checked out and was stuck there, so when I rechecked in, they put me into a new room with anither deposit charged. I wasn't given the rate I was originally promised for every night, and I still have not received the $100 deposit back or the complete accurate refund amount to honor the rate I was promised and after the 3rd day of exceptional service, they next 2 days i was treated completely terrible."
"Great rooms, near alot of restaurants and stores . Free washer and dryer, even a workout room . I loved the suites basically every thing you need in is the room and if not they have options for your needs downstairs"

"We were greeted the second we walked in. The man behind the desk was very pleasant. Told us about breakfast and told us how to find our room. Very quiet in the hotel. We enjoyed our visit. We will stay at another Candlewood Suites again. Thank you for the great stay overnight."
