"I would have given 5 stars, but check-in starts at 3 pm. we got there around 4 pm, and we ended up having to wait 30 minutes for our room. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the pool was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE, Front desk is gone and like 5 people just tried checking in. My cousin felt sick and no one was there to get new sheets and blankets. Over all rooms are pretty good. But still thought, SERVICE SUCKS, unless you want to wait 4 hours to check I wouldn’t recommend."
"We had a brief stay at this hotel. The front desk person was incredibly helpful. We had issues with the pillow cases having makeup marks from previous guests. The front desk manager was prompt to give us new and took pictures to address the issue with housekeeping"
"While others commented negatively about the strip climb next door, you can only hear the bass when you’re outside. I had a dog-friendly room on the side of the hotel close to the club and didn’t hear music in my room. What’s good about this hotel is that it’s right off the interstate, it was quiet, you can grab some free pop tarts in the am, and conveniently, there are truck stops across the street. And we could bring our dog, which is great, too. No bedbugs, things looked clean. The staff were polite. The coffee was terrible. I’d say most of what I thought was gross about this is a result of guests and not a reflection of this hotel and those working here."
