"I have been going here for a few months now. The staff is wonderful, kind, and caring. I recently had a fainting spell and they took care of me like I as their family. They offered to drive me home, contacted my husband and would not let me leave until they were certain I was ok to drive providing I call them as soon as I got home. The staff I feel really care about my overall health and make sure I do the exercises correctly. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach in South County!!"

"I’m fairly new but loving The Exercise Coach. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very nice and helpful. The place is clean and comfortable! Many other places pushed me too soon which has led to injury. Not here! I’m 78 and totally out of shape. Since I’m a caregiver for my husband I need to get stronger.
