"Bought a 2010 sentra, for what i thought was a good deal $5,400 for 135k miles. Drove it home for the first time and notice that there was a black residue covering a blinking AIR BAG LIGHT. Took it to nissian dealer and had to have the airbag spring replaced along with other issues. Not to mention the cruize control and interior buttons not working at all. Overall they don't take care of their cars with mine having lots sun damage and a filthy interior."

"Bought a car from them in March said it had no problems good ac etc. Within less than a month a check engine light popped up for the catalytic converter 2k fix and the ac didn’t actually work had to have the whole unit replaced another 2k. Obviously they had cleared codes on the vehicle so I couldn’t tell at purchase and the air ran cold at time of purchase as it was around 65 out but clearly did not work once it got to the 80s and above. Would not recommend this dealer ship at all. Car was easy to buy and they all were nice people but clearly lied about the condition of the car."

"Buyer Beware Recently bought a 2017 Ford Focus from ERS Motors, LLC. Despite the vehicle being sold "as is," I was misled about its condition. On the way home from the purchase, the transmission light came on, revealing a serious issue. Further inspection uncovered additional undisclosed electrical problems, making the car unsafe and unreliable. The dealership has been extremely rude and unwilling to address these concerns. Avoid this place at all costs! They will take your money and do not care about their customers."

"i bought my car a month ago and my brakes started scraping recently. I had to get all the break pads replaced AND get a new rotor. The mechanic showed me the breaks and both the backs were almost disintegrated. This dealership has decent prices but they do not inspect your car or have them inspected. Buy at your own risk, there is a reason they have no warranty."
