"We drove 5 hours to purchase a ford mustang. The salesman said he did a full inspection of the car and personally drove it for 100 miles. We test drove it about 5 miles and checked the oil. The oil was overfilled but thought we could fix that. We bought the car. The next day we drove the car 12 miles and the rear end blew out leaving us stranded on the highway. Since it was a Sunday they would not open the gate to have it towed back to the dealer at our expense. We asked for our money back and was declined. The car did come with a warranty with $100 deductible. The dealership did give us the $100 but had to have it towed again 180 miles closer to home to get fixed. We had to stay in St. Louis another night, took off work and have to drive another 3 hours to pick up the car all because they wouldn’t help us on a Sunday. If you purchase a car at this dealership make sure you really check out the car, take it to a mechanic and do not believe anything the dealer says. Very disappointed. The salesman later admitted he did not drive the car 100 miles that he claimed to do. Update: the warranty given with the car has a clause that the owner must have the car for 45 days and drive 1000 miles so the 3 month warranty is useless. The dealership did not advise us of this clause and from their response do not know their product. The dealership has decided not to help us and do the right thing."

"They were very nice and helpful. Walked me through the whole process and we were able to complete the transaction within an hour with all legal documents + safety/emission inspections included. They helped me understand what I needed to maintain my car (Oil changes, Brake fluids, etc) and even walked me through how to change a tire. I also received a warranty for mechanical damages."

"We had an excellent shopping experience with Royal Motors. They were very upfront in everything they told us. We visited them to purchase a car for my daughter, when we entered their showroom and inquired about the car we liked, they were upfront and told us that the car’s check engine just came on and needed to be looked at. So, we went to a different shop but they were sold out of the car we were looking for. Finally, we couldn’t find anywhere what we liked so we ended up coming back to Royal Motors and said that we would still like to test drive the car. So, when we test-drove the car the check engine light didn’t come on for some reason, they were also confused. They told us that even though the check engine light didn’t come on still they would fix it. They had identified previously that the light came on due to a bad O2 sensor. I told them that they don’t have to change it but if it happens to come back on then they can change it. They agreed. The purchase process was so smooth, never saw a dealership so trustworthy. Three days after we purchased the car, the check engine light came on again, so we took it back to the dealership and they replaced the O2 sensor and fixed it. They didn’t charge us anything. Also, when we got our number plate for the car, it was hard to remove one of the screws from the car to install the plate. We again took it back to them after a few weeks, they were happy to help us install the plates free of charge. They provided us with excellent customer service. They constantly provided us with excellent service from the day we found them to the day even after selling the car to us. As we had only one driver in our family, they delivered the car to our home for free. Excellent service. I would certainly again buy a car from them. Way to go Royal Motors!!"
