"I just bought a car from him. Drove fine for the test drive seemed like a good car. I had the car for TWO days and now it won’t even drive. I looked under the hood it had no oil no coolant no transmission fluid nothing! I came back to him asked if he could just put some oil in it to make the car drive able so I can take it to the mechanic and he refused and then theatened to call the police on us for being on his property! He’s a scam artist! We were non violent just talking to him and trying to get this solved. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HIM!"

"Short Story: should have seen a mechanic before completing the sale. I paid KBB price and now have over $1K in repairs to pay for as well. Long Story: I purchased a car back in November. Owner was very friendly and let me take the car on a test drive. The car was definitely drivable, but when I was ready to drive the car away (after paying) several lights came on. He had to add oil, fill up the tires, and the gas tank was basically empty. Once I finally took the car to a mechanic the front tires (which he had told me were "fine") were basically bald on the inside --alignment issue and the serpentine belt was severely cracked. Additionally, I had asked him about the windshield washer fluid (it was out when I purchased the car), he told me that was something I could buy for cheap at the store. Turns out that the inner fender liner is missing completely in addition to the Windshield Washer Fluid Pump. Lastly, there were little basic parts I had to replace at my own cost: the label for the gears, car detailing (previous owner was a smoker and air vents are still filthy), and trunk cover that is normally suspended from back door in hatchbacks. Summary: I do recommend them. I just recommend you do your homework because they are not going to do it for you, and it could cost you a lot."
